 Appending "Active" or "Inactive" to plugin titles looks confusing to me,
 as it seems like it's a part of plugin title.

 Could we use the [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
 US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/optgroup <optgroup>] tag here? Something like
 [attachment:45056.optgroup.png].
