 1. Removing an extra period from `<strong>Error</strong>: There was a
 problem creating site entry..`
 2. Restoring the Error prefix for the site admin message in wp-
 includes/user.php: `<strong>Error</strong>: Couldn’t register
 you… please contact the <a href="mailto:%s">site admin</a>!`
