 Also note that during WordCamp Europe contributor day, bbPress was patched
 - #BB3377 - to change to sentence case.

 Since the plan appears to remove them entirely, is it possible to link to
 (or create) a ticket or handbook page with what the penultimate design is
 for these types of notices? That way plugins (like the bb's) can work
 towards that instead of reacting to incremental changes between rapid
 release cycles?
