 Many themes offer to show either logo or title, some both. I'm more
 worried that the title will not be printed (seen/announced) than twice.

 attribute.

 Yes, that will make it possible to handle this correctly, by either logo
 alt text or announcing a visually hidden title, depending on the theme
 author's preference in this case.
