 All of the tri-columns on this webpage: www.practicesanfrancisco.com
 /prenatal-postnatal had images sized as squares. While making a text edit
 on the page this morning, every single image resized from Thumbnail to
 Medium format. I have not been able to change them back using neither the
 divi builder or the visual editor.

 The reason I believe this isn't user error is because the Visual Editor is
 showing the page as it is intended to be before I made the copyedit this
 morning.

 Would love if someone could check the consistency between the backend
 editor and published results, as well as the "visual editor" and published
 results.

 Something is no longer working right.
