 I started to watch upstream releases of PHPMailer, and will try to submit
 patches to WordPress to keep WordPress's copy up to date, until we
 eventually get Composer support. 41750.6.diff looks good to me. Thank you.

 I will also open a ticket for PHPMailer usage patterns too. Thank you, I'm
 excited to see this finally seeing the light 🎉.
