 * URL updated in [https://mu.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/1177 mu:1177] to
 https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_WPMU. That link did (and still does)
 have some bug reporting guidelines for WPMU.
 * Merged to WordPress core in [12602].
 * URL updated to the current article in [15330], but the link text was not
 changed.
 * URL switched from Codex to HelpHub in [45674].
