 Hi @ehsanaghaei! I'm sorry it has taken so long for a response.

 We talked about this ticket today in triage:

 Folks there were unable to reproduce the problem, unfortunately.

 Could you please provide a way to create the taxonomy that is causing the
 problem (whether code, or if you're using a plugin others can test), and
 text to copy/paste with details of the item you're creating?

 I'm hoping that might make it easier to be able to reproduce the problem
 so that the issue can be fixed.
