 It is time to get a core selection of the local avatar one wants to use in
 place. Comments further above here in this ticket mentioned only social
 sites to where one could choose an avatar. Today a lot of sites have a
 simple way to add a local avatar to ones own profile.

 Let's get this in.
 @cdog Could you re-create/update the patch you once make so we can
 continue the process of getting this into Core? Possibly for 5.5. Thanks!
