 I agree with the above comment.

 Wording proposal:

 Replace `This plugin wasn't updated since X years`
 with something like `Last update: X years ago` (and `less than one year
 ago` if the time diff is equal to `0`, which is the case if plugin was
 updated less than one year ago).
