 I think the current alignment is intentional and it's always been this way
 in several previous versions of WordPress.

 Actually, the title ''text'' is aligned with the description ''text'' to
 improve readability and avoid a zig-zag pattern when visually scanning the
 page.

 @vinita29 thanks for the ticket. Would you like to expand a bit on why "it
 needs to align" in your opinion?
