 If metaboxes are present, the block editor collapses the content area when
 viewing the mobile or tablet previews.

 The issue is particularly evident if the metaboxes are open, where the
 content area shows as a narrow block that displays no content.

 It is not evident to the user that it is necessary to collapse the
 metaboxes to view the preview. The resulting appearance is that the mobile
 / tablet previews are broken for the theme.

 It would be a better user experience if one of the following were true:
 - Metaboxes are not pinned to the bottom of the editor mobile / tablet
 previews.
 - Metaboxes are hidden on mobile / tablet previews.
 - Metaboxes are closed in mobile / tablet previews.
