 When I edit a post using block editor - I enter a new tag and then hit
 enter. This visually retains the tag in the "tags" field, however, when I
 refresh the page or go to view it in the posts list, the tag is not
 present. However, when I go to view the sitewide tags in the Posts > Tags
 area, the tag that I had entered in the above field, is there. So the
 field is creating the tags, but it's not attributing them to the post.
