 @thamaraiselvam I notice there have been a few years since your ticket was
 created. Is this an issue you managed to solve?

 I'm not sure if you have any plugins activated, but there's a chance a
 plugin might be trying to call `get_current_screen()` prior to the admin
 boostrap process being finished. I'd recommend reaching out to the
 WordPress forums first for help in debugging this kind of issue
 (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/).

 As a few years have passed and there's not a lot of info in the
 description, I'll close the ticket.
