 @johnjamesjacoby, @johnstonphilip the original proposal for the `loading`
 attribute was for `img` and `iframe` tags. It was added first for `img`.
 Now it's coming to `iframe` as well, see
 https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/5579. Hoping in 5.6 WP will add
 support for iframes with the already existing functionality. Hence the
 naming of these functions and filters to allow additions in the future.
