 If the problem goes away when using the default theme and no active
 plugins, then there is certainly no bug in WordPress Core, but in a plugin
 or theme. That is why we as you to at least test that ttemporarily, or
 better, continue to use support until a bug is confirmed by others. A bug
 is an issue any user can observe, as long is set up and used as described
 in a "how to reproduce" sequence of actions on a fresh installation.

 This Trac is for core bugs only. Plugin or theme bugs mus be reported to
 theme or plugin author/vendor, using our support forums or in other ways.
