 Thanks for going the extra mile here and even looking up the CSS code!
 It's highly appreciated!

 And please don't get me wrong, I never expected that the CSS/HTML that I
 took from core would work like that forever :-)

 The CSS solution should work just fine, and I can simply add that to
 TablePress' common.css file, which it loads on all its pages.
