Changes (by cfinke):

 * Attachment "shortcode-parser.4.diff" added.

 Optimizes inner content parsing by skipping ahead to the next bracket
 inside the content. This improves this parser's performance on the above-
 mentioned speed test suite to about 0.05 seconds total.
