 I almost think it should be near identical to the original. This post is
 often seen for the first time on the front end of a site. Even if someone
 loads it in the editor, I think showing images of the editor within the
 editor could be confusing. I also suspect most folks are looking for a way
 to delete this rather than edit it. I don't think it's the best place to
 teach Gutenberg.
