 Hi there, thanks for the ticket.

 That support topic is for the [https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-
 wp-migration/ All-in-One WP Migration] plugin. It's up to the plugin
 author to automatically flush the rewrite rules after the migration so
 that no manual action is needed.

 As far as I know, WordPress core already provides all the necessary hooks
 for that to happen, so this currently looks like an issue with the plugin
 rather than WordPress itself.
