 In the block editor page, when there are meta boxes added by plugins at
 the bottom of the page, I'm seeing a small defect. Actually, the
 `advanced-sortables` area is in the DOM but it's hidden. See also #46964
 of other problems caused by this.

 The JS should be adjusted to take this into consideration. On it.
