 Thanks @marybaum, it's good to see the copy one month ahead of the release
 day :)

 In 50416.diff, I tried to put together the HTML blob into the current 5.4
 about page screen as it could help to copy review what @marybaum wrote.

 Please don't run WPCS linting! 😂 I tried to minimized the amount of
 semantics issues but I didn't run the coding standards tools.

 I also fixed some typos.

 I'll add a complete review of the issues I found on the copy later :)
