 The editing of a Search block changed the prompts for the label,
 placeholder, and button text. Apparently the rendering of the block
 changed also, because existing Search blocks that were showing the label
 and button text, no longer show either one. That leaves the front end with
 a simple box outline with nothing to indicate what it is.

 The rendering needs to account for legacy content that didn't change the
 defaults.
