Comment:

 The upgrade routine here requires a small adjustment.

 If the DB version in the conditional check that invokes `upgrade_550()`
 changes before 5.5 is released, the two options adjusted as a result of
 this ticket will have their values overwritten if the upgrade routine had
 previously run (those running beta or nightlies).

 [attachment:"50413.4.diff"] should address that.
