 Thanks for the great work here!

 Reviewing the changes, I also noticed a small typo in
 `upgrader_overwrote_package` action DocBlock, located in `wp-
 admin/includes/class-theme-upgrader.php`:

 `@param string  $package_type     The package type (theme or theme).`

 Should be `(plugin or theme)`. Probably a search and replace issue :)
