 Yeah, that's the `visible == 1` bit :) However, even if the dashed areas
 were not visible on 5.4 with only one enabled widget, the areas were still
 fully functional and users were able to drag boxes there. A better way to
 improve this would be not playing with the visibility of the "dashed
 outlines" but actually disabling the areas. Which is a bit more
 complicated :)
