 [attachment:"50448.2.diff"] is the correct patch, ignore the first one,
 which was lacking the email tracking invalidation for themes.

 Also, [attachment:"50448.2.diff"] specifies the new option in the schema
 for addition during the database update. The reason I decided to include
 this there is to that the option can be added with `autoload = 'no'`. The
 information in that option is only needed during a plugin or theme update,
 which is a very small number of requests.
