 Please don't give any more hacks and tricks how someone could maintain a
 list of recently deleted plugins, i will personally do a survey of 100
 random wordpress users and report back here.

 Questions will be:
 - Why do you keep plugins inactive?

 To each answer I will conduct a follow-up question as to all that we have
 discussed here so far.
