Comment:

 In 9757.3.patch:
 - Based on https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/267.diff,
 - Tweaked the styling a bit, replaced the red backgrounds with red text
 (looks more like the rest of wp-admin).
 - Updated some strings.
 - Fixed few PHPCS errors.
 - Moved the "backup now!" warning a bit up and added standard styling.

 Thinking this is about ready. Please test! :)
