Comment:

 In 42775.diff:
 - Add `.heic` to the supported uploads (as far as I see no security
 implications).
 - Add an "unsupported image" message to the uploads errors.
 - Add a param to the Plupload.js settings to show the error by using a
 filter. Plugins can remove the filter if needed.

 TODO/TBD: Currently if more than one .heic image is being uploaded at the
 same time, the error is shown for each. Perhaps better to only show it
 once.

 Also, the "unsupported image" user-error message text could perhaps be
 improved? :)
