 Some questions for discussion:
 1. Do we want to change the cursor style from "pointer" for all (enabled)
 buttons?
 2. Should the style be changed to "default" or would we simply remove the
 "pointer" styles?
 3. Do we want to extend that to `div` and `td` elements with `role=button`
 and/or similar?
 4. Should disabled buttons' cursor style be changed from "default" to
 something else?
 5. How would we address the selectors that match both links and buttons?
 6. Could someone check the highlighted question marks to identify which
 elements receive those styles? (at least verifying that there is no need
 to change)
 7. I noticed one help button (and marked it in the Recommendations
 column). Would we want to make a change the cursor style to "help", or
 should we stick to "default" only (or else removal)?
 8. Who would like to create a patch and/or Gutenberg pull request?

 If the answer to question 1 is yes, I probably can update the spreadsheet
 over the next week to reflect the current version.
