 [attachment:"39074.6.diff"] adds the 3rd button as discussed that gives
 the ability to cycle a postbox between the sortable areas.

 I'm not sure which Dashicon would be appropriate for this, but the closest
 to somehow represent a full move without being a single arrow (just to
 keep it different from the already 3 existing arrows there) was the
 Randomize. Not perfect but at least it's different 😅.

 Input from the design team would be greatly appreciated if we could use a
 different icon or if we could even quickly come up with something to
 implement extra for this :-).

 I will be checking tomorrow for the final part which is to support
 `a11y.speak()` as well and then we can go for a full final review I
 believe!
