 [attachment:"44621.4.diff"] is making similar changes as an earlier patch
 of @sabernhardt with a small adjustment to margins.

 For reasons explained on comment [comment:35] & after a brief discussion
 in today's #accessibilitybug-scrubs, I don't think it would be wise to
 change the HTML elements at this point.

 @garrett-eclipse take a look as well please and feel free to mark for a
 commit 😊.
