 Thank you for the detailed reply @afercia!

 I'm already working towards a new patch and I'll try to sort out as much
 as possible from anything you've noticed. It will be easier if we can
 handle even some of the "after" steps now as they seem to be easy changes
 that will also pass throughout all wp-admin area :).

 I'll upload an updated version asap.
