 Sorry for this @Ov3rfly, yes I didn't wander through the ticket linked at
 your earlier comment so I totally missed that.

 [attachment:"44176.4.diff"] also adds `manage_privacy_options` to Editor
 role so it will be able to alter the pages contents & settings.
