 [attachment:"48850.2.diff"] adds the strict in_array comparisons as
 @afragen mentioned and adjusts some minor CS fixes.

 As well as introduces the 2 extra lists as "Auto updates on" "Auto updates
 off" as mentioned in my previous comment ([comment:8]) for an easier
 test/look.
