 @azaozz it looks like the r47380 did not really make it properly to the
 build repository due to unresolved merge conflicts. See
 https://build.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/47167/ which introduces .mine
 .r47377 and .r47376 versions of the `wp-includes/assets/script-loader-
 packages.php` file, but does not update the file itself.
