 Thanks for your report. The class is defined in
 https://build.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/5.3.2/wp-
 includes/ID3/getid3.php#L1859 and the file is included in
 `wp_read_video_metadata()` and `wp_read_audio_metadata()`. Can you check
 if your `getid3.php` looks the same as the above? Do you have plugins
 enabled related to media handling? Please try disabling them to see if the
 error remains.
