 I think that @valentinbora's mockups are great. I particularly like these
 two (option 1 and 2):

 The label "Show password" is more obvious, easier to understand than just
 the icon.

 I'm also more inclined to the first version, where the label is above the
 field. In my opinion it is easier to see.
