 Alrighty! The Gutenberg side PR of this has been merged and will be
 included in 5.4! 🎉

 I’m going to go ahead and mark this closed as that was the last piece of
 this task to be completed. The Edit Image Button no longer aggressively
 takes you to a new page! Yay! 😄
