 Thank you @obiplabon for your ticket and welcome to Trac. Sorry for the
 long delay.

 With the new Block editor, this issue is no longer happening. However,
 even on recent versions of WordPress, the report is confirmed with the
 Classic Editor plugin installed.

 I'll mark this ticket as requiring design feedback so the Design team can
 share their thoughts on the matter.
