 Good question: I just narrowed the situation to the following
 circumstances:

 1. Theme - Twenty Twenty (no active plugins) - Just the Post Archive page.
 Single posts and pages are fine. However, this happens to the entire site,
 when the latest version of ACF Pro is activated.

 2. Theme - My own (Homemade) (no active plugins) - All is fine including
 the Post Archive Page, unlike above with the 2020 theme. However, like
 above, once the ACF Pro gets activated, the bug appears on all pages and
 posts...

 Tomorrow, I can record a short video if needed.
