 Landed 49037.7.diff to implement first-party theme supports for 5.4. Thank
 you to everybody involved in preparing the patch. I think it's probably
 best to spin up another ticket for "Future Release" to discuss enhancing
 the controller to handle third-party theme supports, so that we can close
 out this piece of the work; any objections?
