 For padding, I suggest `.imgedit-help {padding-bottom: 8px;}` because
 margin values for the other elements use 8px. That would make the spacing
 total 24 pixels for the Scale and Crop sections and 18 pixels for the
 Thumbnail section.

 Or if 24 is too much, the spacing could total 18 pixels within each of the
 three sections with `.imgedit-help {padding-bottom: 2px;}` and `p.imgedit-
 help {padding-bottom: 8px;}`
