 Thanks for the feedback @birgire I've refreshed to avoid division by zero
 in [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/44264/44264.6.diff
 44264.6.diff] and opened #49381 to address the missing inline docs on the
 JS functions as there's none on any functions within the privacy-tools.js.
 Let's address that in a future release to avoid holding up this
 enhancement.
