 I gave [attachment:"twentynineteen-margins.1.diff"] a test today, and I'm
 still seeing the horizontal scrollbars + cut off controls on full-width
 blocks:

 ... and also missing margins on items within Group blocks:

 ^ Standard-width paragraph inside of a wide-width Group block
 w/background.

 @Joen: I'll see if I can dig in later today, but I also want to confirm
 something: Should this patch also take care of the mis-aligned title issue
 noted here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/20067
