 Can we somehow utilize the Shiny Updates UI elements for this?

 It may not be possible, may not stand out enough, or may cause confusion.
 But this is something that is already in core and feels "natural" from
 already being included for several years.

 "There is a new version of X plugin available View version details or
 update now. Enable automatic updates to receive updates automatically."

 Not advocating against adding new UI elements, but just seeing if there
 are elements we can use that users are already accustomed to.
