 Just going to ask a few questions here as to what the purpose is of doing
 this.

 - Are these to move or just click up/down? For example, a dragging icon
 should look different.
 - What is the purpose of adding a mouse click when the idea was re-
 ordering by keyboard? I'm trying to track down where this has grown a bit.

 I would love us to avoid adding so many buttons as this is suddenly a very
 complicated interface. Perhaps we can look at how the editor implements
 reordering as a pattern to use, over create another one? Personally, I am
 not that keen on showing this on every single element as I see in
 screenshots. Could it for example just be shown on interacting? Similarly,
 there seem to be some use of accordion arrows for a different purpose to
 move up and down.

 For now, I'd love us to consider the principles we are doing here over
 just add so let's keep considering that. For now, keeping design feedback
 label on as it would need some iterations before committing.
