 Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 The `SMTP_FROM` constant is not used anywhere in WordPress core, so this
 appears to be a plugin issue. Please note that this Trac is used for
 enhancements and bug reporting for the WordPress core software, not for
 third-party plugins or individual support questions.

 The stack trace shows some functions from the WooCommerce plugin, so I
 would suggest trying their support forums to resolve this:
