 Hi there, and thank you for opening a ticket!

 I had a quick look, and although this is an external library (maintained
 at https://github.com/paragonie/sodium_compat), the file you specified
 does not exist in a fresh download of WordPress, where it is named without
 an underscore as expected.

 It is possible you've got an invalid download from somewhere, but the
 official download from [https://WordPress.org/download/
 WordPress.org/download/] looks fine.

 I am going to mark this as `invalid` as a workflow keyword, since the
 source code, and a fresh downloads look fine, but if you do find something
 indicative of something wrong from the WordPress side of it, you can of
 course still provide that information in this ticket and the status can be
 changed if need be.
